Chris is an outstanding agent.  Not only did he find us a place to rent as pitbull owners, then find us a short sale home that we could afford with damn near every amenity one could want, and help us get qualified for the "first time home buyers rebate" after the original deadline expired, but more than 2 years later he helped us with our refinance process to get an even lower rate than our already low one!  It seemed like he knew every listing agent in the area, so showing us homes on our schedule (active duty) and usually late in the evening after work was easy...for us.  He really put himself through the ringer to make sure me and my wife were satisfied.  More than two years later, he still taking care of us.  If you are a first time home buyer, this is the company to go with.  If you are using VA benefits he knows the "ins and outs" of the whole thing.  They are not afraid of the "short sale" process.  They are courteous and personable, and WILL NOT try to talk you into something just to make a sale.  It took 6 months for us to find something we wanted and he was patient and enthusiastic about each time he showed us homes.  Thank you again Chris, I owe you more than a few long necks for taking care of us.  Semper Fi Devil Dog!

Personal, Professional, the best in the area!!!! Being a first time home buyer, me and my wife were very selective with our realtor. We was referred to Chris and Christine for the great service that they provided, and they were military friendly. Chris was very responsive in all aspects for our search, and provided us with any updates on the home we were looking at. He was personable, and never once tried to sway us into purchasing a home that was outside of our affordability.
