Not only did he find us a place to rent as pitbull owners, then find us a short sale home that we could afford with damn near every amenity one could want, and help us get qualified for the "first time home buyers rebate" after the original deadline expired, but more than 2 years later he helped us with our refinance process to get an even lower rate than our already low one! It seemed like he knew every listing agent in the area, so showing us homes on our schedule (active duty) and usually late in the evening after work was easy...for us.
